At the initial consult, we discussed the work we wanted done, and Jud expertly explained the options for how he could get it done clean and cost effective. He didn't try to push or upsell anything. “Over the past couple years we have been stumbling through the repairs of construction defects. Many of those defects involved electrical. Along with new defects, we still have some old electrical that was not made up to date by the previous subcontractor. Judd and the AllSafe crew have helped navigate and make repairs as we find them. No. Aurora has its own building division, even though the city spans Arapahoe, Adams and Douglas counties. We file with the city and handle the inspection scheduling.
Can you install an EV charger in a Tallyn's Reach or Southshore home?
Yes, and it is one of our most common Aurora jobs. A load calculation confirms your existing service supports the charger, then it is a dedicated circuit, the correct breaker, a city permit and an inspection. If the panel is already full, we will tell you that before you buy the charger, not after.
I am buying an older Aurora home. Is an inspection worth it?
