Electrical services we provide in Lone Tree
What Lone Tree homes are like electrically
Lone Tree skews newer, larger, and more affluent, with high EV adoption and strong demand for smart-home wiring, standby generators, and landscape lighting. Most homes have 200A service, so the work is less about capacity and more about adding well-planned circuits, a second EV charger, a shop subpanel, a whole-house generator, to homes that can support them.

City of Lone Tree
Lone Tree is an incorporated city with its own permitting, separate from Douglas County. Panel upgrades, EV chargers, generators, hot tubs and new circuits are permitted and inspected by the City. Several Lone Tree communities also have active HOAs with design review for exterior equipment. We file with the City and coordinate the utility and inspection.
Permit rules and fees change. We confirm current requirements with the jurisdiction before every permitted job. See our permit guides.

“We did not have power coming through a circuit in our garage. When I called on a Friday morning, I fully expected we would have to wait until after the weekend for an electrician to come out. But Jud was able to come diagnose the issue within just a few hours! I was very impressed, and so happy that he was also able to fix the problem very quickly. Jud was very professional, explained everything so well, and is very trustworthy.”Read the full review

“We had a great experience with Allsafe Electric. At the initial consult, we discussed the work we wanted done, and Jud expertly explained the options for how he could get it done clean and cost effective. He didn't try to push or upsell anything. His estimate was clear and fair, and he was flexible when we asked to reschedule the date of work. Once scheduled he showed up right on time and did clean, quality work. The work included relocating our EV charger hookup, adding a new outlet, installation of both an interior and exterior ceiling fan box, a new ethernet cable plug, and a new outlet for an induction cooktop. Professional, communicative, and easy to work with. We'd absolutely use Allsafe again and recommend Jud to anyone in the Parker area.”Read the full review

“Over the past couple years we have been stumbling through the repairs of construction defects. Many of those defects involved electrical. Along with new defects, we still have some old electrical that was not made up to date by the previous subcontractor. Judd and the AllSafe crew have helped navigate and make repairs as we find them. It’s been such a relief to have knowledgeable electricians help keep our family safe and regain some of our creature comforts. We appreciate knowing someone around we can count on for help. Thank you for your patients and empathy for us during all this. We really appreciates good people. Thank you. The Black Family”Read the full review

“All Safe is a fantastic electrician company. They are great communicators as to when they will arrive and work in a clean orderly fashion. They installed new lighting fixtures, replaced a broken GFI, replaced switches, repaired an outlet. They did a great job I highly recommend them.”

“Judd was great. I called for an estimate, they came right out, game a good price, i hired them, they showed up right away, did a great job, took care of my gear and my dogs, and pleasure to work with. Allsafe installed a new 20-amp line for my stereo and installed a whole house surge protector and of course had to fix some issues with my breaker panel because my house was built recently by a homebuilder that took some short cuts.”Read the full review

Questions from Lone Tree homeowners
Does Lone Tree handle its own permits?
Yes. Lone Tree is an incorporated city with its own building department, so permits do not go through Douglas County. We file with the City and meet their inspector.
We have two EVs in Lone Tree. What are our options?
Two chargers on one 200A service is common here. Depending on your other loads, that can be two dedicated circuits, a load-sharing pair, or a small service upgrade. We run the numbers and lay out the choices.
Do Lone Tree HOAs restrict generators?
Several do. Placement, screening, and sound are the usual concerns, especially in Heritage Hills and Carriage Club. We site the unit to meet both the City code and the HOA guidelines; our HOA guide covers the association process.
Can you do whole-home surge protection and smart-home wiring in the same visit?
Yes. Bundling the panel-side work, an SPD, a generator interlock, smart-switch neutrals. Into one visit is efficient and common on Lone Tree jobs.
