At the initial consult, we discussed the work we wanted done, and Jud expertly explained the options for how he could get it done clean and cost effective. He didn't try to push or upsell anything. “Over the past couple years we have been stumbling through the repairs of construction defects. Many of those defects involved electrical. Along with new defects, we still have some old electrical that was not made up to date by the previous subcontractor. Judd and the AllSafe crew have helped navigate and make repairs as we find them. No. Castle Pines incorporated in 2008 and runs its own building department. Only unincorporated addresses nearby go through the county. We confirm which applies to your address and file accordingly.
Will my HOA need to approve electrical work?
For anything visible outside, often yes. Generator placement, exterior fixtures and landscape lighting commonly need design review, and that is a separate process from the city permit. We will flag it before we start so it does not stall the job halfway through.
My landscape lighting has stopped working in sections. What causes that?
